On 16 March 2020, all Colorado breweries were shut down for on site consumption. I was very impressed by their beers and look forward to trying more. Uhl’s does collaborations with breweries around Colorado and is one of several breweries owned by pilots in the state who flew out to Palisade to pick up fresh hops and get them into their kettle the very same day. Uhl’s took over the former Wild Woods Brewing location, which was the first brewery to close in 2020, (pre-COVID). They presented the full package of friendly service, awesome atmosphere, (the seating pods are especially cool) really yummy food, and outstanding beer.
